There was Jastra Moondown, the Avariel paladin. She was a little unusual with those brilliant yellow and red wings, not to mention the fact that most elves where of a chaotic bent and that paladin-hood went against their normal behavior. Jastra, however, had been raised by humans and was an unusual, misfit sort of Avariel in that regard. And, while she may not have been as firm on the matter as most paladins, she regarded an institution of firm and undeniable order as a good thing to have.
Then there was Akordia Pharn, unusual for a follower of Eilistraee, most of whom were rangers, clerics, or fighters. Akordia was a flat out bard, revelling in her position as a follower of the Lady of the Dance. And focusing mainly on her goddess's support of beauty, the arts, and dancing.
After that was Tara Brambletoe...a very, very, very unusual and intimidating thing. A psionic kender. She had little concept of weddings and marriages and such and was generally regarded as no threat by those that were openly seeking Ranma's hand in marriage. Tarre was a brawler, a rather naive and sweet brawler that many of the others felt a need to protect like a younger sister, but still a powerful brawler.
Then, finally, there was the rather depressing and fragile human necormancer, Eriale Morieth. She was a follower of Hades, who many mistakenly considered an evil god merely because of his domain over death, and in that regard was generally tasked with destroying whatever undead she ran across (unless they were some sort of sanctioned holy guardian or something, but she rarely ran across those, and they were rarely a problem). She was very well-meaning but tended to assume the worst of any situation and could generally be counted on to doomsay any gathering to death. Most everybody else thought she was in dire need of cheering up.
That is the group Ranma went into the forest investigating these Saurial ruins with....
