The small pink fragment felt smooth in Shinn's hand. "You're giving this to me?" A warmth spread throughout his upper half. This was the first gift that he had received since the time his parents bought him that computer game that he had wanted. He glanced back up at his companion. "Thank you."
Stellar simply smiled warmly before sitting back down near the fire. Being the gentleman that he is, the Coordinator shifted his position so that he wouldn't be looking at her exposed body. It's been a while since he cracked that signal circuit to alert the Minerva of his emergency. With luck, rescue teams should converge on his position within an hour or so.
His thoughts drifted back to the mysterious beauty known as Stellar. There was something about her that made her stand out from all the other girls that he had met. Although Luna and Meyrin were interesting in their own ways, he never really entertained the thought of entering a relationship with them. Why is that? What made Stellar different? "If I had to guess, it would most likely be her innocent personality combined with that body of hers. I mean... did you see her rack?!? And it was quite a nice feel too..."
He froze. 'Where the hell did that voice come from? And why did it sound like me?'
"You. I'm a part of you. To be precise, I'm... what would be the appropriate words? I suppose you could just call me 'Devil Shinn' or something." At the end of that sentence, a metaphysical form of Devil Shinn appeared in the young man's mind. Rather than the standard miniature devil, it was that mobile suit that he had seen back in Orb over two years ago. Except it was Super Deformed, had red V-Fins and a Beam Trident. The Super Deformed Devil Freedom (SDDF) took a casual stance. "Anyways, kudos on declaring yourself as Stellar's protector. Being her knight in shining armour not only helps to cement the bond between you two but being a protector can come with some... pleasurable perks. Get my drift? That reminds me... you should cuddle her to help create some body heat. She did take a nasty little swim back there."
'Why am I going insane now? I mean... if I was in the heat of a crazy battle, I can understand. But this doesn't make any sense!!' The boy wanted to scream out loud but he held himself for the girl's sake.
"Do you recall how smooth her skin felt against your hand? That was nice, wasn't it? If you want to touch her again, here's what you should do..."
"Don't listen to that bastard!! You're a professional soldier and you have a positive image to uphold as one of ZAFT's Reds!!" The metaphysical form that accompanied this voice turned out to be a Super Deformed Angel Impulse (SDAI). The small machine had wings, a halo resting around the gold V-Fin on top and a harp which happened to have small beam strings. Go figure.
The SDDF snorted. "So what? We're on shore leave, dumbass. Now go away. I have to teach this boy the art of charming ladies."
"He doesn't need those sort of teachings!!" The SDAI tossed away the harp, ripped off the halo from its tiny mechanical head and drew a tiny beam sabre. "AIYAIYAIYAIYAIYAIYAIYAI!!!" From the way it swung around the halo and screamed out like that, it seems that Shinn is a closet fan of Xena, Warrior Princess.
"Oh, for fuck's sake!!!" The SDDF charged forward with its own weapon.
As the two metaphysical Super Deformed Gundams engaged in battle, Shinn prayed that the rescue team would get here soon. He really needed to get back to the Minerva and book an appointment with the ship's counsellor.
