Ranma had been set up to kill her.
Her parents had bought their newest "get those stubborn kids together" plan at a store called "Needful Things."
The whole thing had been set up to kill her and throw her into a personal hell.
Because it was more amusing to the being that had just set her up, someone named Keharzu, she had had a chance to avoid this, but had gone exactly as planned and doomed herself. Her new body was a lot more sensitive to touch, by nearly a factor of twenty. It was sensitive in a lot more ways too.
When she hit the ground, she was naked and the force of impact stunned her.
Unfortunately for Akane, the Santa that found her and admired her muscled form was not the sort to be found giving presents to good boys and girls.
