Then she settled down and ordered a pizza. (Thick crust, extra pepperoni, hold the mayo. No pineapples.)
She wanted to see what was going on, and consider her next move. The new Sailor Pluto was a combination of several things, including the old Pluto's 'starseed' - or at least the portion that contained Senshidom.
She knew the operating theory, the various incarnations fitting things together more or less. The 'starseed' was part of the soul. As were all the other bits of tacky costume jewelry such as 'dream mirror' and 'pure heart' and such. It was simply a three-dimensional projection of part of an overall pattern, much like a heart or spleen was part of a physical body. The exact shape was normally determined by the universe that the soul projected into, though originating from another universe and ending up in a starseed-universe usually left one 'not in tune' and starseed-less. Point of origination was normally an overriding factor.
Still, you could build a car and exchange some parts from vehicle to vehicle with a little work. The universe had done the shifting, and removed an irritant. Sailor Pluto was now Ranma Saotome, the mysterious and sometimes whimsical Guardian Of The Gates Of Time. Who was currently waiting for Crystal Pizza to arrive at the CT interface point to get her pizza. Hopefully they wouldn't forget the Krazee Bread™ and dipping sauce.

Mister Tendo had, ahem, had a "fifteen minute indiscretion" while training under Happosai. When he'd learned of the young girl, he'd taken responsibility and taken the girl into his existing family.
There were many happy scenes of Akane and Shampoo sparring, each holding trophies up that they'd won. Many tearful scenes of the two parting, Shampoo going back to her mother's village periodically. Many happy reunions. Of course there were scenes that couldn't possibly have happened elsewhere. Akane taking third place in the Junior Amazons division of the annual Tournament. Shampoo cramming for the entry exam to high school with Akane tutoring.
It might have caused someone else to complain about the utter wrongness of the situation, but Ranma merely smiled at the sight of the two friends trying to beat each other's heads in during a tournament then hugging and getting slightly blitzed while doing karaoke later.
Then there were other displacements, some even stranger. For example - Setsuna Meiou was now:
