There was a man bounding upon the rooftops of Nerima. His hair was an odd silver-white that made him look older than his strong features would allow. Tall and muscular, his form was wrapped in a mismatch of clothing that somehow just managed to look good. His movements were full of grace and power. He just looked like what many a woman would dream about... until he opened his mouth.

"HOTCHA! WATCH OUT PRETTY LADIES, HERE I COME!!" called out the newly regenerated founder of the Anything Goes School. For those who heard the cackle that followed those words, it would last in their nightmares for years to come. Happosai did not care. He was now looking better than he had in years, and EVERY girl was a babe just waiting to be groped.

Something akin to an instinctual fear ran through the spines of every female (and sometimes female) in the vicinity.
