Kasumi had the upgrades developed and was directing more of the tubes to be constructed. If this worked, things would be sped considerably up. Which was good, as she was getting rather randy herself.
His plan had been quite simple. Something he'd worked for most of his life.
Now some of his slaves were smarter than he was by a considerable margin, but as they considered their enslavement to be beneficial and his own interests to be above any petty personal consideration - that was fine.
His revenge against the world was developing along at a fair pace. Soon it would reach a sort of critical threshold.
It would all come down to whether he succeeded in spreading the virus. If it was too concentrated to a single area, armies and missiles and destruction would rain down on him the moment he showed himself. Then those very people who would declare him a monster would seek the same power for themselves.
"Master," said Kasumi, appearing behind him. "We have come up with an improvement to the process. Your designs will accelerate with this."
He listened, smiled, and nodded. "That is good. Are you needed for this detail?"
"No, it has already begun," said Kasumi, her eyes almost luminous.
"Good. I think we both deserve a reward."
