That left Ranma staring around at the now empty place and wondering what the heck HE was supposed to do.
He'd just come to rescue the girls from his world, now here he was - wandering around an extradimensional castle and looking at weird alien gadgetry.
He found himself looking at another 'dumbell' full of those 'sarcophogi' and a set of these holo-screens showing data. Most of which was written in squiggles of some kind. It wasn't Japanese, nor English, and it sure didn't look like Chinese.
Ranma brushed away the fog on the glass, taking a look at whoever was sleeping inside.
BEEP! went a panel, signalling that programming was complete and imprint phase was ready.
Ranma's nerves were fairly shot, that was why he'd leapt away from the sarcophogus, flinching and half-expecting some blunt object to slam into his head. After all, he'd been looking at a sleeping girl from a distance of a few inches.
click whirrrrrrrrrrr
"aw hell," said Ranma as he realized he'd come down on a switch. That the sarcophogi doors were opening. That eyes were fuzzily focussing in on him.
That he'd done it again.
He hoped Kasumi would forgive him stealing her trademark. "Oh my."
