He'd worked out a lot more of the technology, and had built his prototype Steel Angel Mark IV using every improvement he could. This would eventually be his most powerful creation, though she was hardly finished. Since magic was obviously real, he'd incorporated what he could into the design and mechanisms.
Her voice was cold and precise. "Targets acquired: Seven sailor senshi type magical girls. Activating battle protocols. Mode A7 enabled. Objective: protect the creator and neutralize the Enemy."
"I'm not attacking your creator," said Sailor Saturn swiftly. "I'm protecting him from HER."
"Analyzing. Subject Hotaru identified as one Senshi. Six sailor senshi type magical girls designated enemy."
"Actually, I'm here to back her up," said Sailor Venus quickly.
"I'm with her," added Sailor Jupiter.
"I'm just visiting," tried Sailor Moon.
"Neither of us are trying to kill your creator," said Sailor Mars.
"Don't blame us," said the Inner + One Senshi, pointing at Sailor Pluto. "It's all her fault."
Sailor Pluto muttered "Traitors!" before turning her gaze towards the machine-girl. "For a perfect future and the life of the Small Lady, I must kill Ranma Saotome."
The unblinking red eyes regarded Sailor Pluto without any sign of emotion. "Target acquired. Activating Hilbert Effect."
FWOOOOOOOO-SHUMMMMMMMMMM!
"What was that supposed to do?" asked Sailor Pluto as the glow sped out.
"The Hilbert Effect," said Ranma. "Magical energies are paradimensional in nature. Basically anything existing in multiple dimensions is negated while the field is up. Essentially cutting you off from your power flow, all you can do is run off your batteries until those are gone."
"dead scream," said Pluto, feeling that this proved that Ranma was a menace.
The blast hit Kos-mos and seemed to flow into her.
"She can absorb magical energies to recharge her batteries," explained Ranma to Hotaru. "Originally she was going to be a Senshi stand-in for when you needed heavy firepower."
"That would be, like, all the time," said Sailor Venus.
