Sailor Pluto had not come unscathed of the fight. Her fuku had been torn and ripped in several places. Bruises and small wounds were visible on her body and face. Mercury knew enough medicine to be certain that the guardian of Time was looking for a long convalescence.
The manacles closed shut on her head, wrists, waist and ankles. Pluto was now secured in a high-tech restraining apparatus, itself connected to various machines which use none of the senshi could guess at. Then, a purple force-field hummed into existence around her.
"There... That should do it" That comment came from Ranma. The silence was getting unnerving "Originally, I had built this chamber to emprison and interrogate dark general types. I'd never expected to use it for one of you, though..." *Well, maybe Uranus or Neptune* he added in his mind. He wasn't a fan of their reckless methods.
"Sempai, are you sure she can't escape?" Hotaru was a little mad at Pluto at the moment. She had few friends and that made each of them all the more precious in her eyes. Trying to kill them was a big no-no in her book.
"Well, she's bound in high-power restraints and a Hilbert field is keeping her from using her magic. Her staff is kept in another part of my lab, also under a Hilbert field. The whole security system is going to keep several eyes on the both of them all the time. I'd say yes. Unless..." He looked at each senshi one after the other, non-verbally asking if they knew something about Pluto's abilities he didn't.
Seeing their grim faces, he knew they didn't like this situation one bit "Of course, there's always a chance this is an impostor. I'd have to make a few tests to make sure..."
Sailor Moon shook her head. As nice as it would be, it was the real Pluto there. She looked very uncomfortable at the sight of her fellow senshi in such a sorry physical state "Couldn't your robot girl have been gentler with her?" They threw nervous glances at the android standing behind them. KOS-MOS was unfazed at the scrutiny and kept staring at them like potential enemies to be shot down at the first wrong move.
Ranma smiled sadly "Er... Sorry but that was gentle for KOS-MOS. Pluto's lucky she's not dead"
Cue big eyes, takahashi poses and loud "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!?!" from the sailor senshi. He called thrashing someone down like that gentle?
"You must understand... I designed KOS-MOS with a quasi-military viewpoint in mind," Ranma explained, "She's supposed to be deployed when things have already gone south, so to speak. What was that quote again? Oh, yes! When the Army strikes, it uses a sword, not a scalpel"
As he saw the senshi's reactions (ranging from disturbed to spooked) Ranma contemplated telling them about his more 'friendly' Steel Angel mk.IV project.
On second thought, he'd better not. He didn't want to explain why M.O.M.O. looked so much like a red-headed Hotaru. Well, he had to take human DNA for her appearance somewhere, right? It had nothing to do with the fact he found her cute. Nope, not at all. Dispassionate acientist speaking here.
And let's not talk about the Giant Robots planned for taking the fight to Pharaoh 90-scale menaces. They were still on the drawing boards for the most part.
KOS-MOS didn't react to the fact that the senshi were edging away from her, looking a wee bit scared of her. She didn't understand human emotions but knew how to use some (like fear) against her targets.
Another uncomfortable period of awkward silence followed. It was soon broken by...
