This wasn't quite Gojira. The various beasts tended to manifest in images taken from the collective consciousnesses of the area they appeared in. Some of the details were wrong because the Fallen were not quite what they were, nor were they able to exact match their chosen guise.
So instead of Gojira/Godzilla breathing a beam of radioactive fire, this was more along the line of elemental fire.
Not that the buildings melting into slag particularly cared.
Gojira did something the movie monster couldn't do, and switched the beam to primal magic. Once it engraved a pentagram on the cityscape, it would change the place into a Helsgate. Cars would come alive and begin running down pedestrians. Those plastic Colonel Sanders standing outside the KFCs would animate and begin smashing up competitors stores. Chaos would reign!
Also because this wasn't quite Gojira, it wasn't sure what to do about all the mosquitoes (jet fighters) buzzing it. They sure were annoying but it was the Genie he had to worry about.
Shampoo and Ukyo yelped as a magic beam blasted the area around them. Akane was unconscious and missed it.
The Fallen of Destruction paused as something impinged on its senses. It didn't want to destroy Osaka. Osaka wasn't important. Tokyo. It had to go to Tokyo.
And so, because it had copied Gojira a little too closely, Destruction started ignoring everything else except the siren call of Tokyo.
Ranma naturally didn't want to let a free shot go to waste and:
