A moment later, the air seemed to warp around itself, and a group of figures came walking through the opening.
The first one through stopped and frowned. "This doesn't look much like an enemy base."
"That's because it probably isn't, dog boy," muttered the blonde who followed him.
"Who are you calling 'dog boy'!"
"You, little puppy."
"Now, Master," another boy said, holding up his hands in an attempt to signal a calming down time. "It isn't like there's much here that looks any different than back at Mahora. I just think that Kotaro was looking for there to be some sign...."
"Of what? Some sort of stronghold?" she grunted. "You have a lot to learn if you think it's that easy, boy!"
"Then maybe you should tell Negi and the rest of us why someone would bring us to nowhere in particular," another girl 'suggested' as she came up behind them.
"It's really simple if you'd bother to think about it. Would you just make a door right to where you live if you were attacking people? Of course not. So, they probably created a door here so that they could get in and out without actually going to their doorstep. For all we know, it could be anywhere out there."
"But it could take a long time to find them then...." Negi groaned.
"Are you going to break just because of that?"
"Of course not! I'm their teacher, and it's my responsibility to help them no matter what!"
"I thought that you'd say something as sappy as that. I'm only here because I have my own reasons, and that fool principal signing forms for me again."
"But still, we have a lot to do," commented an ermine.
"The big problem is what to look for," commented the older looking girl.
"You're right about that Asuna," Negi agreed. "Where are we going to start looking?"
"I'd say to start with anything strange, of course."
"Would that count," Kotaro asked as he pointed towards a piglet that was wandering down the block.
The ship represented a lot of things at that moment. It was obviously alien technology, and from a race that they did not have a firm identification as of yet. Of course, the fact that there was writing on the sides that was in English helped them to recognize that there were a lot of possibilities as to where it had come from, though no one was about to take it at face value. Then again, it had been used at the same time certain members of a nearby high security base had been raided, so there was a distinct possibility that it was a threat.
So, the Area 51 workers cordoned off the area, and were taking every precaution as they prepared to secure the ship.
That was when other ships flew down into the area, with a clearly similar design scheme, with the obvious intent of collecting the ship on the ground.
Kotaro and Negi had stopped in the following of the pig not because of any lack of desire to catch the little creature. Rather, they had a good reason to not follow the panicking little creature as it ran. Others, could do that for them, and Chachazero had been the one to make it run anyway.
The two boys just didn't feel comfortable in going into the girls' side of a public bath, and pointed that out quite easily.
Asuna and Evangeline had understood that, and the two of them led this part of the chase. They followed the little black porker with Chachazero planning on making pork chops, past the admitting area, through the wash stands, and over to the soaking area. That was when the little piglet leapt into the water, looking panicked when it realized what it had done.
What came up was obviously not 'little', and nor was it a 'pig', in the strictest sense of the word.
Taking one look at the naked boy who was standing up in the bath, Asuna did the only thing that she could think of.
"AHHH! It's a pervert!" she screeched.
"Not really. A pig that turns into a human? It's a lead," Evangeline commented, smirking so that one of her fangs gleamed in the light.
Squeaking loudly, the boy's eyes went wide at the realization of what had happened, while:
