"(And the POWs of this 'New Vegita'?)" asked the Chinese reporter.
"(We neither recognize this illegal government that has ousted Piku-Piku, nor their claims that they have prisoners of war. If they recovered survivors of the weather-related disaster, they should return them in the nature of humanitarian interests,)" said the official. "(Then these criminals should turn the government back to the legal authorities.)"
"(Meanwhile, the French government has denied any connection to this usurper,)" said the reporter to the camera. "(Which, in the eyes of many, indicates that there is a connection there. More details when we return.)"
"Man, are they in denial," said Usagi, watching the news.
"I'm just glad we were able to talk Vegita-san out of going off and blowing up the base they came from," said Ami.
"Yeah, like he could do that," said Haruka.
"He was ready to fly over there and 'Final Flash' the city into a bomb crater," warned Rei.

"What was that?" asked Haruka.
"One of the reporters talked to him about a stage beyond 'Super Saiyan III' and he's taken up the challenge," said Ami. "He's attempting to reach 'Super Saiyan IV'."
"So?" asked Haruka. "I could do that."
Ami was about to say something, reconsidered, got thoughtful, and started working on her computer. "Hmmmm."
"Hmmm?" asked Usagi.
"Why not?" asked Ami.
"Why not what?" asked Rei, not following anything other than Haruka apparently had some issues about some guy nearly a foot shorter than her being more powerful. Or was it lingering resentment about being spanked?
"Why not a 'Super Sailor II' or 'Super Sailor III'?" asked Ami.
"We might be able to power up?" said Makoto, getting more interested.
"Maybe," allowed Ami. "We've always fought stronger enemies, then powered up after we've found ourselves overwhelmed. What Vegita-san is doing is trying to push his power level up prior to fighting those enemies."
Haruka's eyes had a fiery look to them, indicating the idea had struck some sort of chord within her.
Vegita stopped. He needed a good sparring partner, someone good enough to challenge him and tough enough not to die when the fighting got intense. Who on this world could fit this criteria?
Feeling a twinge of chi, he analyzed it. So. The old woman had observed him flying and was trying to emulate him herself? It didn't feel right fighting an old woman, and he doubted she could properly challenge him any time in the near future even if he could get over that.
His troops were even more pathetic. Simple humans just beginning to learn about fighting from this same old woman. It would take years without doing something like using the dragonballs to wish them into Saiyan.
