Now, mazoku were largely unaffected, as they were pure energy anyway, and had no physisology to attack. However, they weren't exactly opposed to reacting to an infected mortal's attempts at seduction. In fact, the idea of seeding the human society with a number of half-breeds appealed to them.
The dragons were affected slower than most, but since they DID have a physiology, they WERE infected. So, since most of the surviving dragons flew about singularly, there were about to be a large number of half-dragons as well.
In fact, considering the combined population of non-humans compared to humans, it was quite likely that in the near future half-breeds would out number anything else.
