Her mother's changes were accelerating, apparently the mutagen itself had mutated after being in Ranma for as long as it had been.

Contrasted to Ranma's changes, Ranma would be stronger and a better fighter but her mother wasn't exactly going to be helpless. She apparently didn't have that stick-to-surfaces trait but was gaining something else instead.

Contasted to what was going on with Naru, things were changing as they went along.

Ami sighed and shook her head. She would have had her hands full trying to keep Ranma out of Senshi business. Now she had her mother and an innocent possibly getting involved?

• Ami suggests purifying the three via Sailor Moon's attack.
• "Whoa, so your mom's a supergal?" asks Usagi.
  Ami gulps as she realizes that most of the Senshi are reading over her shoulder.
• Ami decides that she's just going to have to come clean. With the Senshi, with her mother. Maybe even with Naru. Well, maybe not that last.
• Something else
