Setsuna's New Transformation: Magic and Mecha [Episode 154243]

The transformation was accomplished by a combination of magic and nanotechnology, and was basically added transformations added to the 'Makeup' - their bodies shifting to a more mechanical look before shifting around and extruding mechanical parts in a manner that some found painful to watch. Mass could be added or subtracted, within limits.

Haruka became a motorcycle of the type called a "crotchrocket" by those familiar with the styling. Her colorations were orange and white, and she was street legal once she went through emissions and certification. (Though she'd really wanted to transform back and give one of the inspectors a good thwack.)

Haruka could go from 0-60 in just over a second, had a top speed of over 100, and really enjoyed going fast.

Of course this led to a number of comments from Michiru about how much fun Haruka was having getting between various sets of legs, which led to the discovery that Haruka's headlights could turn pink.

The various transformations all went with Villuy's "useful" but also reflected something of the original Senshi's personality. Haruka being a prime example of this, though she was a little disappointed that she couldn't turn into a Knight 2000. Minako's comment of "Maybe next season" was taken as being ominous.

It had been in the big initial battle with Ranma fighting Dark Bot Uranus that it was revealed that Dark Haruka could not only transform into a spiked 'cruiser' style bike, but that she could combine with Dark Michiru to become a sportscar named KATT.

That had not gone at all well for KATT, as it turned out. Ranma had already been stressed out enough.

Setsuna was, of course, curious about herself. What did she, guardian of the Time Gates and Senshi of Time, turn into?
