"Oooh, that's kinky," Mihoshi said with a grin.
While Mihoshi had the words of the wish to work with, there were many ways those words could be interpreted, so Mihoshi needed a moment to work out all the details. So that it would seem instant for her Master and Mistress, she altered her own movement through time, so that minutes for everyone else would be hours for her.
Mihoshi looked over both Ranma and Nabiki, and used her Genie powers to read Ranma's mind. If Nabiki was to be Ranma's "perfect sex-slave slut", Mihoshi felt Nabiki would have to fulfill some or all of Ranma's sexual fantasies - and as it turned out he had some rather bizarre ones. Unfortunately for Nabiki, making these fantasies possible would mean some inconvenient changes to Nabiki's body.
If Mishoshi had thought to check, she would have found out that Ranma had no particular desire for any sex-slaves. Of course, then Mihoshi would have had to figure out if the fact that Ranma hadn't said the wish himself provided a loophole that would allow her to not grant it. But Mihoshi didn't check, so the question became a moot point.
While Mihoshi was a ditz, she wasn't entirely clueless. She knew the changes she was about to make Nabiki were going to cause Nabiki some problems - and that Ranma wouldn't like it if Nabiki was unhappy being his "sex-slave". However, the solution to this was easy enough - sex-slaves are supposed to enjoy pleasing their masters, right?
Mihoshi made a simple change to Nabiki's mind - from now on, making Ranma happy would make Nabiki happy.
She then set the physical changes she had decided on in motion, and returned her passage through time to normal. "Granted!"
"What?!" Nabiki and Ranma said.
"But Master! You said that she should say what you should say as your wish, so I granted what she said you should say I should- er... Anyway, it's too late, the wish is granted. Gotta go!"
Of course, Ranma and Nabiki didn't know what form Nabiki was going to take, nor did Nabiki know Ranma's fantasies, so they didn't know Ranma would like Nabiki's new form. Thus, as the physical changes began, both Ranma and Nabiki stared at each-other fearfully as they wondered what the end result would be...
