Unfortunately, her chance to play the selfless altruist (which she could lord over the Senshi of Pluto the next time she tried withholding information from the others) was dimmed considerably when she realized that Ranma had said pretty much everything that needed to be said about him the previous night. He did, in fact have two curses; one was activated by cold water and turned him into a girl, the other, activated by hot water, turned her into a boy. Interestingly, it wasn’t correct to say Ranma turned back into a boy—his male body was actually another cursed form, albeit one that looked and functioned exactly like his “real” body. Upon further analysis, the computer had confirmed that the cold water Nyannichuan and the hot water Nannichuan interacted in such a way that made curing them one at a time impossible—not even the Ginzuishou would be able to do that. Thus, Ranma’s only hope was to get rid of them at exactly the same moment—which required both a lot of magical power, and a lot of skill. While the Ginzuishou certainly provided the raw power necessary to cure Ranma, Usagi was a very long way from being able to use that power with the precision necessary to help him.
Ami sighed. It looked like she wouldn’t be able to surprise the green-haired Time Guardian with extra information about her spouse. With that subject out of the way, she idly scanned the rest of the readout… and stopped abruptly when she got to the section on his martial arts ability.
Most of the time, Ami was one of the more reserved Senshi, though this was mainly due to her introversion, as opposed to Michiru, whose actions were more the result of her refined upbringing. Still, given what the blue-haired genius was reading, her reaction was quite justified. “Kuso!”
She scrambled to get to her communicator. She had to tell the others—before something disastrous happened.
They say ignorance is bliss, but when it comes to the Neko-ken, it’s also extremely dangerous.
