Konatsu was quite concerned about Ukyo. In an effort to replace her usual weapons arsenal without giving herself away, 'Miss Amazing' was using a naginata (something left over from one of Mousse's fights,) and several kunai throwing daggers. The idea was that these weapons were similar enough to her usual weapons that she should be able to use them without too much trouble.
Infinity gave a very feminine sigh. There was one small problem with that idea...
Miss Amazing went to jump to a nearby roof, and tripped on the butt of her naginata, causing her to fall gracelessly to the ground.
Though the use of her battle spatula may have been based off of naginata form, the weapon was much longer than her battle spatula.
Infinity helped Amazing up. "Are you all right, mistr... er... Miss Amazing?"
Amazing shook her head a few time. "I will be, just as soon as the world stops spinning..."
Infinity pursed his lips, about the only part of his face visible. "Maybe you should consider another weapon as your main focus, Miss Amazing. I am sure I could find you a decent short spear without too much trouble..."
Amazing shook her head. "No. I just need to get the hang of this, Infinity. I'm sure I'll pick it up in no time!" She finished with a cute grin and a thumbs up.
Inwardly, Infinity sighed again. He was even more leery of this idea than of the original selections for their names.
The costume Ukyo had designed for herself was something that made Konatsu wince. Skin-tight and in several pieces, it managed to keep her legally decent, but exposed a lot of skin and highlighted every one of her curves. Then there was its colors - a liberal sprinkling of Red, Yellow, and Orange. Subtle, it was not. It just screamed her femininity to the world.
Of course, Ukyo wasn't a very feminine woman. In fact, she made Akane, an obvious tomboy despite her denials, look like a paragon of womanhood. So Ukyo's attempts to be as feminine as possible while as 'Miss Amazing' was coming off as some kind of bizarre caricature. He'd almost think Ranma could do a better job of acting like a girl!
Konatsu like his Infinity costume much more. Done in black and dark blues, it was well suited for his fighting style. Sure, it was a dress, and sure, he looked like a woman too, but that was most comfortable for him. And besides, Kunoichi training included how to fight in what would, to most other fighters, be a confining article of clothing. and the mask Ukyo found that covered the upper portion of his head in a black cloth that he could see through, but no one on the outside could make out his features, was just perfect!
No, his only concern was how much it would cost to repair or replace his outfit. His only power, that they had so far discovered, was that he healed fast. Insanely fast. In fact, as he had found when he got a bit too eager with his experimenting, he was capable of growing back a lost finger in seconds!
Somehow, he knew that probably meant he was going to be getting cut up. A lot.
But, Infinity's thought's were put to rest as he realized that Miss Amazing had recovered. Time to go 'on patrol.'
