Duel Monsters. Ever since the game’s creation, or rebirth as some would say since it was really created some five thousand years ago, the card game of Duel Monsters has played a pivotal role in the world for a reason no one can fathom. Some say this is because of the game’s appeal to children of all ages with its bright colors and cool effects thanks to holographic generators, others attribute its popularity to the multiple and intricate strategies that someone would need over four years just to learn half of them, and still others say its because the game is linked to an ancient magic that the oldest of civilizations used to decide things, and it is a remnant of that magic that draws people to it and place such an importance on it today.

But who cares as to the why, the important this is that the game is so popular that people all around the world play it for all sorts of reasons. Some people even make a living simply playing in the various Duel Monsters tournaments all around the world; and it’s quite a good living too.

Because of this, various teaching institutions have sprung up all over the world, with their entire curriculum revolving around Duel Monsters. Duel Academy is one such place. Designed, constructed, and funded by one of the world’s top duelists, it is arguably the best place to learn the game.
