SNL - Bikini Machine: Wealthy Senshi [Episode 157508]

by Kestral

There were serious differences in some lifestyles.

Ami for example - she was attending a medical college in Germany.

Hotaru still didn't have many friends, but her career track in nursing was well established.

Makoto owned her own florist shop and sold cookies and cakes on the side - in Nerima of all places. Where, apparently, a martial artist florist fit right in without so much as a ripple.

Minako's car wasn't the only thing to indicate her wealth, as she was well off enough that she owned her own home and was apparently dating the captain of the boy's volleyball team.

Haruka was still racing bikes and cars and anything else that went fast, and had a Haruka Unit on her pit crew. She owned a fair number of cars and motorcycles, and was about as happy as one could expect.

Michiru still did her paintings and her violin playing, and seemed the least changed of all of the Senshi she'd viewed so far.

Usagi was nearly the same. Apparently her parents had heavily invested the money and she still didn't have access to it.

Sailor Pluto blinked at the image in the Gate.

"Do you have any idea how badly you screwed things up?" asked the elegant native Setsuna, turning towards the temporal phase point.

"You see me?" asked Sailor Pluto, thinking that this was something else not supposed to happen.

"Of course I see you," said Setsuna with a trace of exasperation. "Look at the way magic operates in this timeline. Particularly pay attention to the different frequencies."

"'Frequencies'?" asked Pluto.

"If you state the magical value of a non-magic non-Silver Millenium world as 0, and a world with the Senshi as having a value of 1, with a typical fantasy world with spellcasters as having a value of 2, then our current world has a value of 1.125 or so." Setsuna rolled her eyes. "Do you follow me?"

"So the timestream altered sufficiently that magical energy is processed differently," mused Pluto. "I'm protected somewhat while at the Gates."

"For now," pointed out Setsuna.

"How different?" asked Pluto.

Setsuna explained that-
