Then he was blinking and looking around, swinging his legs free of the containment unit and briefly reveling in the feeling of standing on his own two feet.
He adjusted his glasses, a small price to pay for this transformation. Why he, as Mad Scientist Ranma (which sounded more dramatic than Slightly Annoyed At The World Scientist Ranma or Nerd-Ranma), had to have a lab coat and glasses was anyone's guess. Ah well.
Jock Ranma and Ninja Ranma were both eyeing each other and assessing their comparitive martial arts skills.
"Well, I'll get to work on the sentai uniforms," said Mad Scientist Ranma with a sigh.
"Why we got to do that?" asked Jock Ranma.
"Because then we can be the Backup Senshi and come to Hotaru's rescue," pointed out Ranko, the redheaded female Ranma.
"Bingo," said Mad Scientist Ranma. "It'll be awhile before we can get the giant robots though. Our monetary supply isn't that great."
"I'll start to work on that immediately," said Businessman Ranma, "we've got a diverse portfolio but I'll see what I can do about increasing our financial status."
MS-Ranma looked over the group. Red Ranger would be the jock, no doubt about it. Black Ranger, the outrider or sneaky backup - likewise obvious for Ninja Ranma. Pink Ranger - Ranko as the sole female presence. He himself would be Blue Ranger, the analytical type. That left Samurai Ranma for the Green Ranger. Yellow was sort of gold - therefore Business Ranma, and White could do his own thing.
