The two mooncats flew towards Usagi, intent on stopping the evil from infecting her. When it became apparent to luna that they were too slow, she:

• Jumped in the way on it, becoming the soulless zombie Usagi was ment to be.
• Distracted Usagi with a cry of "ALL YOU CAN EAT ICE-CREAM!!!"
  "Usagi spins in place dodging all the darts "WHERE?!?!?!?!"
• Grabbed hold of Artemis and threw him in the path of the darts.
• Watched Usagi trip over her feet, sending her loose shoe flying, which knocked her attacker out, while avoiding the dart.
• something else.
