He was the elder of the two brothers, yet whenever someone said the name Toguro, they always thought of his younger brother. Not that it mattered to him, he wasn't that vain. His brother was, after all, the stronger of the two, even if the elder one thought that he was the harder one to kill. Still, for all that, he continued to work with his brother, because the two of them, together, were completely unbeatable. It went without saying that he knew his brother well enough that he could tell when something was on his mind. Even if there were no visual clues, the way that there was minor tension on his face, the way his eyes seemed to shift under his glasses, not to mention that the first thing he had said when he got back from his walk was to wonder where Sakyo was.
Looking up as his best man, okay, demon, walked in, Sakyo wondered just what it was that he wanted. The large demon didn't desire much, so it wasn't too often that he came to the gambler. "Yes?" He asked as he pulled his cigarette away from his mouth before blowing out the noxious fumes from his mouth.
"I stumbled across an interesting little egg." Toguro said slowly as he tried to think just what to call that boy. Surely he couldn't beat him at full strength, he knew that, only Genkai, when she was younger, would've been able to challenge him at full strength. Hopefully she had someone to train up to his level by now. If not... Well, if all went well with his plans, he could easily send her someone who could.
The elder of the two of them was quiet. It was interesting, but he didn't need to speak much, even if he did talk more than his brother. It wasn't needed, so he kept quiet. Besides, he had learned long ago that his voice tended to annoy the hell out of people. Useful on the battlefield, but not so useful when dealing with employers and deal-makers.
Sakyo nodded as he thought about what he had heard. "You wish to test this egg then?" The smirk that the younger of the two Demons was all he needed to know. "Very well. In a week. I have some business dealings to take care of before-hand and I'd rather you be there." It wasn't as if he feared for his life, after all. The elder of the two was more than enough to deal with any threats to his life. But the younger one was often enough to keep people honest. After all, intimidation often worked better than any show of force could. "By the way, what is this egg's name?" Not much would interest the younger brother much anyway.
"He called himself Ranma Saotome."
Sakyo nodded and leaned back. "Very well." He didn't know who the person was, but he was sure he could dig up some information later if he wanted to.

"So, Saotome, who was that man?" Nabiki asked, once she saw him after school, curious. She thought she knew most people who would come after Ranma for one reason or another, but she had heard that the fight was just a fight and that it had been a mutual withdraw. She was still slightly sore over that, she could've at least made a few thousand yen off of such a fight. To be honest, that was the first time anyone in Nerima had started a fight with Ranma and had just left without a clear winner.
"Called himself Toguro. Never heard of him before." Shrugging, the pigtailed youth continued on, thinking about that fight. He was obviously better in that one, but for some reason, he felt as if the man had been holding back, like the old Letch or the Ghoul. Either way, something was missing from that fight. Even if he himself had been holding back, just using pure martial arts and no real tricky moves or special techniques, the fight felt incomplete. Never mind the fact that there was no clear winner or loser.
"Toguro, eh?" Nabiki frowned. "Maybe Ryoga knows him?" That would make some sense, since the Lost Boy travelled a lot, usually not by choice, but enough that he could have heard of this man.
"Maybe." Ranma shrugged, not really thinking about it. Ryoga would show up when he wanted and where he wanted to. If he showed up, then he could ask, though he doubted it. In the back of his mind though, he knew he'd see that Toguro guy again. You didn't just withdraw from a fight, it wasn't something that anyone he knew would do. Even Akane, when she got into fights, stuck it out to the end. No, that Toguro guy was definitely someone who would be back. Maybe then he could see just what the big guy could do.
