His situation at the moment was something that he would have thought would be pretty good to enjoy. Right then, he was with a tough girl who was wearing clothing that actually gave him a better view of her than most outfits cut to be revealing would show. Everyone of her tight curves was visible, and he normally would have been ecstatic over the idea of being able to see the bouncing and bending of someone like her.
"You're going to tell me what I want to know, even if you are able to handle what I've already given you," she hissed at him as she held his head by the jaw and squeezed.
Somehow, being tied down by a cute girl had sounded better when he'd read the stories, but then again, none of them had mentioned the possibility of her using what seemed to be electrified tweezers on him.
Ukyo looked around the large serving room, and found that she could admire the amount of work that went into the place. With ceilings that stretched high above them, the columns supporting the roof could be rather tall and broad. Statues of cat headed figures stood at equal intervals around the room, and the statues of reclining felines were placed wherever they seemed to be adding to the decorations. All of the columns, statues, and walls were bathed both in fire light from free standing braziers, and in bright paint schemes that had the latter two with displaying scenes of all sorts of felines.
Needless to say, she understood the reason that her fiance was currently creeping backwards in such a panic that he hadn't gotten up from the seated position that he'd fallen into when he'd first recognized what the main decorating theme of the place was.
"What is the matter with him?" Quistis asked with a frown as she watched the girls head over to comfort Ranma.
"The 'Neko-ken'," Cologne answered. "He was trained in it."
"What is that?"
"An special technique that was abandoned for a long time, and for good reason. You see, to train the future practitioner in it, you need to find or dig a pit. Then you take a bunch of starving cats and dump them into the pit that you have. Once that is done, you put fish products, like paste, oil, and cakes, on the poor child, and dump them into the pit, tossing them back in if they get out until they finally 'learn' the technique, which means that they snap, and start acting like an angry cat."
"He was trained in this? What sort of fool would do such a thing?"
"His father, when the boy was but a child."
Quistis' mouth flattened, and she found herself not particularly liking Genma Saotome at the moment, while:
