"Why don't we convince Ranma to prey on the boys for a change?"
"Won't work. He's already stipulated that whatever he picks is going to involve girls."
"If it's the other boys' idea, why don't we convince them to stop?"
"It could go either way; if we threaten or beat them up, they might drop the idea, or they might push it through for revenge."
"So what can we do?"
"I say we take the decision out of the boys’ hands! Why can't we pick what type of pervert he'll become?"
"Well, in theory we could; but he's not likely to listen to us since we already call him a pervert, and we're likely to beat him up when he does anything."
"We can work around that, if only we get enough time. We have to convince him we no longer think of him as a pervert."
"Go on."
"Well if we argue and yell at whoever calls him a pervert, he might agree to listen to us. We'd have to defend him."
"Can we change his mind in time?"
"We might have to trick someone into calling him a pervert, or plant one of us, so that the rest of us can show him how strongly we believe in him."
"What good will that do? If we then pick a perversion, why would he listen to us? I mean, after telling him we know he isn't a pervert, why would he let us know he's becoming one?"
"Well, if we pick a perversion that isn't so bad, we could live with it, and promise not to hold it against him."
"Like if he wore ladies underwear? As long as he bought his own?"
"It'll never happen. He once turned male while still wearing panties and swore it would never happen again."
"OK, not women's underwear; but the idea is still sound! If we pick a perversion we promise to permit, he might listen to us. After all, if he listens to the guys, we'll make his life hell; if he listens to us, only Akane and a few other people will be bothered."
