Master's Way, Pranks and Perversions: Using a big club to get Ranma [Episode 169758]

He'll sleep with anyone.

The schoolgirls had to somehow get Ranma away from his fiancees to talk to him, and to convince him to let them mold him.

Convincing him that they didn't think he was a pervert would be a good start. Instead of waiting for someone to randomly accuse him, they thought of staging it beforehand. Someone would act as a plant, and accuse Ranma unfairly.

This would be necessary for two reasons. The first was that the girls needed to get their hooks on Ranma before the boys in school did; if they couldn't win Ranma over to their way of thinking, the boys might talk him into shibari, or worse. The second reason was that they might use it to get Ranma away from his fiancees to convince him to join them.

And if they were going to convince Ranma to attend their new club, they needed to come up with a name for the club that they could all agree to.

"The club is to teach Ranma the rules and traditions of what is and is not acceptable to women, right? Well when a school or a corporation wants to induct new members and teach them its rules and traditions, they call it 'orientation'!"

"We're not calling our club 'Sexual Orientation,' and that's final!"

"I think it's a mistake to mention sex at all! It's just asking for trouble from outsiders. Besides, we're not trying to teach Ranma about sex, but romance! We're talking about making Ranma into the romantic lead who sweeps the heroin off her feet by page 137. Whether or not the romantic lead and the heroin screw once the scene changes is their own business."

"The 'Romance Club'? Sounds like a western European cultural appreciation society."

"How about 'Teaching Appropriate Romantic Techniques'? It covers exactly what the group does; it rules out some sort of date-rape or chikan misinterpretations; and it makes clear that we're teaching techniques, not engaging in some kind of snog-fest."

"Yes. I can't see how anyone could misinterpret that into making us look like floozies."

"OK. Now that that's settled, how to we make our pitch to Ranma?"

"Let's go with having a scene in class. One of us can accuse Ranma; we can explain it to him later that she didn't mean it. Then the rest of us can defend him."

"That's fine, but then what? What happens next?"

"Well, the girls that defended him take him aside to talk to him."

"Are you insane? If Ranma goes off to talk with girls that are willing to fight to say he isn't perverted, every fiancee and every nutcase will assume he's getting a new girl, and go bonkers!"

"OK, got it! We shuffle him out of the room alone. Akane and Ukyou are both in his classroom; if none of the girls in class leave with him, they won't get jealous, and if we keep the argument going, we can make sure they're involved. We'll be watching them, and making sure they can't interfere. Then when Ranma enters the corridor alone, those of us from another homeroom take him aside and explain the setup."

"That should work. We'll have tied up Akane and Ukyou in conversation. Shampoo and Kodachi rarely enter school, and not without a reason. Ryouga, and Mousse won't be around, and we can do it when our grade has free time, but Kuno's still in class.
