The person sitting in front of the monitor screen could only grin as she took in the image of the Doctor, he speaking to a norm with the calm conviction only the Chosen One could use. So, it had finally happened. The Prophecy had been fulfilled. Chaos' ultimate Avatar had finally been blessed by the Conservator, ready at last to shatter the hideous bonds on Order chaining down the many races of norms and sames throughout the known Universe. And from there . . .
Well, it didn't matter to the person others knew as . . .
