The more the merrier... [Episode 1727]

by Jryu

Shortly after Shampoo ejected the latest predator trying to claim her... stupid stick boy, getting turned into a lion... there is no justice... there was a knock on the front door.

Nabiki went to answer it. Not out of any desire to be a good hostess, but mostly that she was simply one of the most intimidating looking of the bunch, having frightened off three other predators just by looking at them.

Besides, Kasumi was 'busy' with Azusa. She herself would have been equally 'busy' with Kodachi, but she was getting worried that Dachi-chan might have a bad reaction to her venom should she accidentally bite her again.

Then everyone was surprised when Nabiki broke out laughing, and (reluctantly) stopped what they were doing and watched as led a small menagerie of animal-people to the main room.

It took Akane a moment to recognize the sleek Mongoose-girl as Yuka and the striking Hawk-Girl as Sayuri. The others were all prey animals - a Rabbit-boy, a Raccoon-Boy, a Squirrel-girl, and a Sheep-girl.

Ranma blinked, and spoke up. "Hiroshi, Daisuke? You guys too?"

"Umm, yeah." Hiroshi (the Rabbit-Boy) said. "You could say that." He directed a glare at Sayuri and Yuka... not a very powerful one, but still...

"Aheh, yeah, things are getting wild out there." Yuka said. "So we were kind of wondering if we could stay here for a while. Other people keep trying to take out lovers."

"Two each?" Akane said. "And you guys called Ranma a pervert?"

Nabiki smirked. "And who isss it ttthhhat keepsss sssome hot and cold water around ssso when one form of her lover getss tired, ssshhe can go right to ttthhhe ottthhher wittthhhout ssstopping?" she asked, with a raised eyebrow.

Akane and Ranma blushed while everyone else chuckled.

"Of course you can," Kasumi said. "It's getting a little crowded, but I'm sure we can make do for a while. But why don't you introduce us to your friends?"

"Oh, yes," Sayuri started. "These are my lovers, Hiroshi you know, and this," she said, pointing to the sheep-girl, "Is Hitomi Mizumoto."

"And my lovers," Yuka continued, "Daisuke and Miyo." She said, pointing to the colorfully garbed squirrel-girl. "You remember her, the fortune teller?"

"Oh, yes. Well, welcome to our home." Kasumi finished with a smile. And a speculative glance.
