Sakura slowly stood up and moved her arm. She frowned, as she heard the whirring of machinery. She looked down at herself and saw that all of her joints were like that of an action figure or doll.
"I've become some sort of robot, but why?" Sakura muttered to herself.
With the whir of pneumonic motors, Sakura opened and closed her fist. She closed her eyes and then looked up towards Mt. Fuji and started running. A number appeared in her lower left eye that she could read.
80 KMPH
The number kept going up until it topped off around two hundred. Sakura stood near the top of Mt. Fuji and examined herself once more.
"Why? What was with that device?" Sakura asked, even though she wasn't expecting an answer.
The now robot-Street Fighter clenched her fists and looked down towards Tokyo. She instinctively ran a diagnostic session. The main thing that disturbed her was her power gauge.
Power: 45%
Sakura desperately hunted for her schematics or help file to find out how she could be recharged. She reached down and removed her left shoe. She pushed town on her inside ankle and her heel opened up to show a standard power cable that could be plugged into any household outlet. She quickly closed her heel and put her shoe back on.
'Sooner or later, I'm going to have to go home and tell my family about this. I have no idea why this happened to me,' Sakura thought.
Sakura sighed, even though she didn't need to, and headed home to break the news to her family.
'Let's see, I'm much faster than I was and I'm probably stronger. I just need plugged in to an outlet to keep powered up. I wonder if my ki has been affected. I had better wait until I'm back home and can plug myself in.'
Sakura took back alleys and deserted streets home, so she wouldn't be seen by anyone that she knew until she could talk to her family.
