The woman with the long green hair turn around to recognize her charge. "Hotaru!"
"Ma'am... let me take of something for you." With that Ranma shattered the collar around Setsuna's neck. "What is this place?"
"A prison for anyone who looks like mutant or has mutant-like powers," Setsuna answered, rubbing her neck. "It's controlled by a group of anti-mutant fanatics." With that she stepped back, and pulled out her pen to transform into Sailor Pluto, Time Key in hand.
With that the three ran out to free any others in trouble.
