Rei Ayanami from the Village Hidden In The Mist was one, and technically a fiancee. A technologically competent ninja who could utilize modern equipment with calm precision in a number of situations.
Neither Asuka Sohryuu Langley nor Sakura Kisono were kunoichi, though they might show up eventually. Especially Asuka when she learned Rei was on the way.
Second was one of the more unusual kunoichi. Hotaru didn't have much stamina and wasn't particularly known for being deadly. She had some of the more subtle points of ninjitsu down cold though, and was studying to become a medical-ninja. Sort of a corpsman or soldier-medic within ninja society.
Third was Sango, a demon-slayer kunoichi who came with her own transportation. Technically the squad leader and not one of the gennin as the other three were considered. Unfortunately, as she WAS a demon-slayer sort - she was frequently called off for specialist missions.
Fourth and last was Ukyo, someone who was trained as a food-specialist (okonomiyaki) and who had ended up being sent off to learn nindo due to some agreement involving Ranma's father. As far as Ranma knew, the father was still running a yattai in the Village Hidden In The Mist while his daughter was going off on ninja-missions.
Ranma knew that they would come quickly unless they were on a mission of their own. Things like that happened. When they did arrive, one would report immediately (probably with a kunai or spatula with a note) while the others scouted and analyzed the situation.
Ranma wondered if they'd uncover any of the other girls in those cages. These three Tendo girls hadn't been the only ones experimented on, and if these were any indication - things were going to get sticky.
