"What!? You sayin' they wanna make sure I wear girls' things!?!"
"You're not too swift, are you, Ranma? They have a bra glued onto you."
"But I'm a GUY!!" Ranma pulled again at the bra. But 'he' was learning; it was more of a gesture of frustration than a serious attempt to remove the item of lingerie 'he' was cursing.
"Ryu-kun, here, again!" the Japanese agent said into his hidden transceiver, "Bring me only a doctor who is a specialist in removing surgical glues!" Then he spoke to those gathered in the common room, "As I believe I have told you, I'm supposed to keep the political/cultural situation from getting too hot. (At least till the politicians decide which side they're gonna be on.)" The slender man then drew himself up straight, and vowed, "I shall protect you from women's apparel, Ranma Saotome." He then slumped. "If that's what you want."
"Oh, my, oh, my," Kasumi was sighing when she came back from the laundry room. "All of our clothes have disappeared.
"But the thief did leave these, behind." She held up her arms, each draped with dresses, blouses, skirts, and scarves, while each hand held bras, panties, and hose. "Aren't they lovely creations? Let's try them on."
"Not me!" Ranma told her.
"Kasumi, our clothes were stolen because they're trying to see that Ranma has no choice but those tacky rags." Nabiki really didn't think she could reach Onee-chan, but she felt obligated to try. "We must protect Ranma from being exploited...for free."
"What!?" Ranma exclaimed.
"Oh, don't mind Nabiki, Ranma," Kasumi smiled indulgently. "She's just greedy." Carefully placing the things on the table, she held up a pair of hose. "I like these. See? They're attached directly to the rhinestone decorated garters."
Ranma's reaction was so visceral 'he' could only make strangling noises.
"The rhinestones are a bit much," Ryunosuke said. "But they're not over done. The garters aren't gaudy," he said, examining them.
He suddenly took Kasumi's hand beneath the sheer hose.
"Oh, my... ." the eldest sister flushed.
"Miss Tendo! From our surveillances over the past weeks, I don't remember seeing this mark, before."
"Oh, my, I do have marks on my palms, don't I?" she said, surprised to see them.
"The Fashion Ninjas!" Ryunosuke declared.
"My poor, poor, daughter, Kasumi!" Daddy started one of his crying panics.
"Why did they attack my sister!" Akane's anger erupted.
"Because they're trying to use Kasumi to get to Ranma," Nabiki said, receiving a nod from the government agent.
"The marks are magic, aren't they?!" Mr. Saotome asked, filled with superstitious wonder.
"I hate magic!!" Ranma's soprano voice was back in full force.
