Ranko jumped to avoid several knives that flew where her body had been a moment earlier. "And Duck-boy makes three," the redhead said sarcastically, ending her 'bubbly' act as she landed gracefully behind one of the tables. With a tired sigh she aimed a level lidded glance towards Cologne. "I didn't think you'd use that memory shampoo trick with Akane, ol' ghoul. Didn't work when Shampoo used it before."
"It was not supposed to be used that way," Cologne said sourly, glaring at the Hidden Weapons master. "It seems Mr. Part-Time has fouled things up once more."
Mousse's glasses gleamed evilly as he grinned. "Not so, ghoul."
"After all," a voice drawled, "if he's not there then the Tendos won't remember him ever again."
"Indeed! The foul sorcerer's spell is about to be broken!" another declared.
The redhead rolled her eyes before she turned. Sure enough, Ryouga and Kunou were both proudly standing in the doorway. "Just great..." she sighed. "You guys too?"
"Fear not, pigtailed one!" Kunou declared, interrupting Ryouga who glared at the kendoist, "Soon you will be free from the evil grip of Saotome's clutches!"
Ranko and Cologne gazed at him with lowered eyelids. "Suuuure..." the redhead drawled. "And how are you going to do it this time?"
