"Oh kami." Ranma said as he watched Akane's face. It had gone from her normal anger filled escence to several different emotions within a time frame of ten or so seconds. The second emotion it displayed was one of what could only be described as shock, followed shortly by an increasingly bright shade of red, the gritting of her teeth, and squinting that would have not seemed in character for her to do. However, this was not a typical situation, as it usually applied to her reluctant fiancé. Turning his head away from her, Ranma looked torward the other 2 sisters, who, quite obviously know what was going to happen, as they began to take several steps , or in the case of Nabiki, slithered, away from the violently-inclined woman.
Ranma followed suit, stepping out of the direct path between Akane and the Pig Boy, who was about to be in a world of hurt. His decision was, as rarely ever done, rewarded when mere seconds later Akane's eyes locked with those of Ryouga, who also knew of the inevitable. She dropped the piece of paper, which fluttered to the floor. Bringing her right arm around her back, she withdrew her ever friendly (to her in any case) mallet, which seemed to be glowing with a red aura of power, something that Ranma had never really seen from her.
An new battle cry filled the air, this coming from Akane. "RYOUGA NO HENTAI!!!" the girl exclaimed as she charged at the intended target, raising her weapon of doom to the sky before beginning the pummeling session.
Ranma turned away from the spectacle, knowing all too well what was going to be the end result. Kasumi, who was, however, summed up the situation quite fairly. "Oh my! I don't think even Dr. Tofu can bend that that way, even when he is being silly!" Shifting his attention from the sight, Ranma bent down torward the ground and picked up the list. Many of the signatures were rather obscure and hard to read, but as much were legible. Lets see who he had fun with exactly, he thought as he began to read. It looks like it started with some girl named Setsuna Meioh, then a Usagi Tusinkyo, Lina Inverse, Asuka Langley Soryu, Misato Katsuragi, someone named Lum, Aya Brea, Tifa Lockhart, Chung Li Xiang, Ayaka Jurai, Makoto Kino, Comb? Sounds like someone from the Amazon tribe. Yet another wierd name, Urd, Morrigan Ansland, Aisha-Clan-Clan, Jill Valentine, Rei Ayanami, Kei, Yui, Botan... In the end, it took several minutes for Ranma to scan them all, which spanned several rows and eventually having to turn the sheet over. It ended with a declaration that all of the names were, indeed, real, sealing the way in which the list could be false.
Geez, he thought, who would have guessed? Ranma looked up from his reading, drawn by the sudden quiet that had overcome the room, at which time Ranma saw Nabiki restraining her in a python-like body squeeze, preventing the younger sister from continueing her 'session' with the directionally challenged boy, whose body lay spwarled on the floor in obvious pain. "So, what's gonna happen?" Ranma asked the sorcerer.
