World Watching: Team Magma Gets (De-)Stoned [Episode 18175]

Homura, second-in-command of Team Magma, cursed to herself. It was supposed to be the perfect plan. Of course, she should have remembered that no plan ever survives contact with the enemy.

It had seemed simple enough. Using the supercharged Fire and Thunder stones, they would create the ultimate fire/electric pokemon. The stones had been set out in the forest so that an appropriate pokemon would stumble upon them and be evolved, along with a number of alarms and cameras to signal when the event happened. However, when the alarms had rung, and the cameras had been checked, there was no sign of a pokemon. Instead...

• There was a scene of a girl reaching for the stones and being transformed by them!
• There was a scene of a girl reaching for the stones and then disappearing in a flash...along with the stones!
• As either of the above, but another human had also been affected by the stones before Misty...
• As either of the above, but a pokemon had also been affected by the stones before Misty...
• Something else
• Meanwhile, what is Team Aqua up to?
