He finally decided that he'd go with different colored outfits. Kasumi Blue and Kasumi Red. Except Red wanted to be pink.
Just so that he could tell them apart even if one switched clothing on the other, he'd requested a slave-tattoo. Apparently someone in the village had been able to do that, and so each of them had a slave tattoo that gave them a little power boost so long as they used it in his service.
Kasumi Blue could manage some power over water. Kasumi Red (Pink) could manage some power over wood.
As for this recent putting the two into a Bureau's training program, it had all occurred after a particularly nasty fight between Blue and Red - over some sort of initiation each of them had wanted to perform with Ranma. By the time they'd gotten done, they'd been covered in mud and branches and bruises.
Ranma well knew that there were penalties that could have been levied against HIM if that had occurred in public.
Which led him to several months of quiet and now he was here to reclaim his two girls to see if they were going to stop fighting each other now.
When they came out, he could tell:
