The first had to do with the idea of the 'stoic warrior' idea, where the concept was that the slave girl would be someone who would hold herself to be dedicated to her duty, and that she would be dismissing things of a personal nature. Her only concern was to do what she'd been trained to do, and that would give her a cool confidence to her looks. Of course, she would be rather lovely, with her perfectly fitted clothing covering a body that was lithe, wonderful curved, and not touched by anyone's hands, including her own. In the stories that went between guys, she would either consider sleeping with her Master when he'd desire it to be part of her duty, or that the guy would find a way to break her reserve so that her emotions would lead her to dedicate herself to him in that direction.
On the other hand, there was also the daydream of the 'passionate warrior', in which the samurai girl in question would be someone who would be looking to really 'live'. She would be a woman of emotions, and would have little time for simple 'protocol'. That would make her tough, cocky, and very confident in herself, which would have her able to fight her opponents with a spirit that would impress those around her. For those sorts of slave girls, the talk was that they would either become so impressed or emotionally connected to their Owner that they would just fall into bed with him, or that they wouldn't see any reason to be worried about following his wish to get intimate with him.
She knew that she fell into the second group, but just not with the idiotic idea that she would be some easy tramp willing to spread her legs just to get a physical high.
What the reality was that she knew that she'd always been the sort of samurai who would have gone into battle ready to get into the meat of the fighting. Not that she would have done so stupidly, but she also wasn't a shrinking violet either. Rather, she was someone who was willing to fight for a purpose, and for a slave like her, that reason was to protect and serve her Master.
But she'd never been someone who'd been caught up in some sort of wish to go with an emotional rush. As far as she'd been concerned, embracing one's emotions was one thing, but getting constantly lost in them was another. Because of that, she didn't go around in a rage all the time, and didn't jump to grab a cute kitten the first time that she saw it. Going through her training had given her a better level of control than she might otherwise have had, and that had proven to be welcome.
And when the time came, it had shown itself to be invaluable, making it easier to keep her dignity after a certain 'incident'. An individual in the village, someone that she had not thought all that favorably of before anything happened, had been trying to create a catalyst to enhance the enjoyment of desire and emotions. It had started 'life' as a 'marital aid', and had been quickly adapted to make a liquid that would cause the one who consumed it to have a heightened awareness of certain... things that they would then wish to enjoy.
Through what could only be considered a comedy of errors, Akane had wound up drinking that magic potion, thinking that it had been a cup of juice. But that had not been the case, as it had turned out to have certain... 'effects' that she was then subject to. They weren't all that bad but then she hadn't exactly asked to have them. After all, she hadn't expected her libido to be raised, or for her desire for food and drink to become more... substantial.
Once she had managed to get what retribution she could from the moron who'd caused the problem, she had to learn how to deal with it. In that regard, she didn't have that much of a problem, though she did dress to show herself off a bit more, tend towards savoring meals, and appreciating the looks of males more often. Some boys thought that it might make it so that she'd be more willing to be with them, but while the potion had caused her to want certain things more, it hadn't turned her brain into putty. Besides, she wasn't blind or forgetful either, as none of them had been what she'd like, and there were certain rules for one like her, such as the one that said that a slave samurai should not be promiscuous. It'd taken some time to 'explain' that she wasn't about to start touching herself in anticipation of coupling with any old guy, but she'd managed to keep herself under control and saved her self respect.
Unfortunately, now she had some problems which had to do with her Master. For the first time, she had a guy in her life that she thought might not be bad to be with in 'that' way, and he didn't even treat her like she was a girl. She didn't want him to suddenly decide to screw her silly, and she wasn't about to jump his bones, but it might have been nice if he had actually shown an interest in her. The fact of the matter was that she wasn't too sure that it would be all that terrible to be ravished by him, and the only thing that he wanted to do was train her. Such a situation could get annoying, rules be damned.
Her fingers weren't about to be constantly used for relief though. She was still able to exercise self control, and her desire for him wasn't some overwhelming force. Instead, she merely wondered what it would be like to be with him like that. She even had some training in that regard, nothing that would 'lower her price', but enough to somewhat understand how to marry being his guard and soldier with being able to please him in bed.
In any case, having that 'itch' be 'scratched' might be nice once in a while.
