He knew, because he had used the Help function, that the Asiatic Flu outbreak of 1889 had caused a change in the genetic structure and that it had manifested almost entirely worldwide since 1915. Guys were not considered perverts - they had 1/16 the sexdrive they would have, and they were slower to respond to various stimuli. Guys still had some competitiveness and desires, but they tended to be in completely different areas. Women had been altered too - having 8x the original sexdrive and responsiveness.
One problem that was causing Ranma not to figure things out was that he was fast-forwarding through scenes.
He was also seeing other things, side effects, and trying to figure them out as main effects. Technology had taken a giant leap forward, because an awful lot of males competed in intellectual areas and male-only labs had become such productive places.
On seeing the occasional flying car, Ranma was trying to fit that in with how his little effort of Will was working things out.
"I wonder what's going on here," mumbled Ranma, flaring the Great Will.

Soun Tendo told his three daughters about the possibility that one of them would end up engaged to you. They are currently preparing plans of attack.
Ranma frowned, thinking that sounded even worse than the way things had originally gone. After all, THEN the only one to bash him had been Akane.
On the other hand, "I wonder if that means they all practice martial arts."
All three have some grounding in the Tendo Indiscriminate Grappling martial arts style. Akane is Earth-style and the most dedicated, emphasizing power and strength over speed.
"I suspect so," said Genma, hearing Ranma's comment and not the Universe's reply. "Soun had enough of a grasp of the style that he was able to survive the Dungeon Dimension like myself when the old Master was trapped there. I wouldn't think any of them are up to your level though, and most likely none of them utilize the high-end special manuevers like you've been taught."
"I got new special manuevers outta this 'Dungeon' stuff?" asked Ranma.
"Of course," answered Genma.
With women more physically oriented than originally, they have a higher incidence of sports-related injuries as well as a tendency to be more physically fit. It burns off sexual frustration to a slight degree in a socially acceptable manner. The three Tendo daughters each practice some of the Art as a result. Akane relies on strength and the ability to accept punishment, both of which are largely perceived as desired male qualities - which has led to some problems she is facing in her own social situations.Your special manuevers are Air-style. Avoidance and speed are your main areas of strength.
"Hmmm," hmmmed Ranma, considering the feelings of danger he was still getting from the house.
Genma knocked on the door. It immediately opened to reveal three girls.
"Oh, he IS cute," said Nabiki.
"He certainly looks... capable," said Kasumi.
"Not bad, not bad at all," agreed Akane.
"Eh?" asked Ranma, suddenly feeling as if he were a Limited Time Sale Pastry at a bakery.
"I'll take him," said Akane nonchalantly, Kasumi hopefully, and Nabiki leeringly. At the same time yet.
"Eh?" repeated Ranma, the feeling of danger increasing.
"Daughters, be polite," said Soun from inside the house. "Try not to scare the poor boy off."
"Soun, my old friend," said Genma, hurrying inside as soon as the door was unblocked.
"HEY!" said Ranma following. His exclamation was because someone pinched his buttocks, someone else felt his arms, and someone else had played with his pigtail.
"Sorry," came an insincere chorus.
Ranma was feeling a little MORE nervous as he heard the three talking behind him. Were they planning an attack? It certainly sounded something like that.
"Well now, I see Genma has taken good care of his son after all," said Soun, looking over Ranma.
"Oh, but you must be sweaty and tired after your trip, wouldn't a bath be good?" asked Nabiki.
"Ah, but wouldn't you like to spar?" asked Akane. "A little martial arts match to unwind with?"
"Cookies?" asked Kasumi, going towards the kitchen.
Realizing that he would have to say something, Ranma decided
