"JUPITER POWER MAKE UP!" called out Shampoo, standing next to her motorcycle.
flash went the symbol on the wand, spinning around at high speed.
flash went the instruments on Shampoo's motorcycle.
VRUMMMM went the motorcycle, spontaneously starting and revving up.
Ker-FLASH! went Shampoo as she and her motorcycle leapt into the air, piroutted through a mostly naked transformation sequence (in the case of her motorcycle the paint apparently came off and parts shifted around and changed shape.)
Crackle! went the lightning as it formed something like Saint Elmo's Fire that changed things for both Shampoo and her motorcycle.
Shampoo checked out her green seifuku style clothing and her uprated green motorcycle, which now looked more like something driven around in Akira.
She summed it up pretty well.
"(I LIKE THIS!)" said Sailor Jupiter. "(Oooh. I get lightning attacks?! Watch this!)"
"GRONK!" said Pantyhose Tarou, having a really really bad feeling about this.
"JUPITER RAGING THUNDER!" called out Shampoo, sending a lightning bolt out towards the yoma.
"GRONK!" said a wildly dodging Tarou, now absolutely sure he was not liking this situation.
KA-ZAP!
Mousse, his hair now frizzied, glasses opaque, and with little smoke trails from his sleeves, abruptly fell over.
"(Cologne: I guess you need to work on your aim.)" read one of the subtitles that Ranma could see.
"(Okay!)" cheerfully said the lightning hurling Amazon as she leapt onto her machine and began pursuing.
"Merrowl," said Ranma-tigercub, thinking that this was A) different, and B) actually kind of amusing. He didn't completely realize that he was now a magical mascot who had a Universal Translator going with subtitles, able to empower various girls with henshin wands into ersatz Sailor Senshi, a 'chick magnet', and had the usual sort of abilities that a magical mascot type normally had.
However, he wasn't counting on-
