"Kasami? Is that you?" Akane asked, and to her shock, found Kasumi's voice repeating exactly what she just said.
Boggling, Akane glanced down at the mircophone and turned it off, trying to sort out her conflicting thought when Kodachi once again heard the voice from 'outside'. Shampoo moved the her neck in the bodysuit and their window of vision moved according to the suit's position. Finally, the window stopped in front of a view of a girl that seemed strangely out of focus before sharpening into the shape of Akane!
"Kasumi? Are you alright?" The Akane 'outside' asked, holding her up. It was at this point that they finally realized they were inside Kasumi Tendo, and they didn't have a clue what's happening.
The Akane inside was pointing to the image of herself outside, sputtering and wanting to say something, but couldn't. Looking around, she found that the others were looking at her as well; both of her, to be exact. Trying to avoid their looks, she searched around the 'Room', which they now knew was somehow a representative of Kasumi's mind, and noticed that there was a bookshelf filled with different books off to a side, as well as a small flip-switch that had the words, 'On' and 'Off' above and below it. The switch was currently flipped down to 'Off'.
