-'No, what did he do?' Asked the second women, a wrinkly and frail granny.
-He ratted on my husband. He is now in the ANBU hadquarters. he told some sob story to the Hokage, and now poor Hitsu-kun is being questioned.
-No way!! said a third participant on the impromptu group.
-'the damnned brat has gone too far. He is now trying to destroy our village, he brainwashed the Hokage already!!!' Said an old man, who walked in a cane.
-'But the Hokage is the strongest in the village, if the fox can hypnothise him, no one is safe!!!' lamented another participant.
-The demon is in the academy? what if he brainwashes my little Ino-chan?? She's a such sweet girl, I shudder to think of her in his clutches!!! We have to do something!!!
-'he is to strong to us. Yesterday no one was able to touch It. And the demon is inmortal. Not even the fourth could defeat it. What could we do??'
-'I heard the demon claimed was the heir of the fourth!! maybe he didn't die, and instead the demon did eat the fourth!! That would explain why it has blond hair instead of red fur.' Said an obviously drunk ninja.

Naruto didn't have it. Of all his possesions, his forehead protector was his most prized possesion. And he didn't have it in his person; meaning he didn't graduate yet. the idea struck him like a thunder. His forehead protector was a symbol of one of his precious people; Iruka Sensei, who had acknowledged him as one of his prized students.
The staggering loss of all his accompleshiments was something he couldn't even begin contemplate. If he was at the academy, would that mean that he couldn't do his Jutsu's? Naruto's train of though was so horrified at that that he was nearly hyperventilating.
Maybe a little test was in order?

And that's how Uzumaki Naruto summoned an extremelly puzzled Gamabunta in the middle of Konoha...
