Chained World - Rei: Objective Obtained? [Episode 190045]

by Kestral

Ritsuko typed in a few commands, and brought up a secondary screen.

"You wanted to monitor Rei?" asked Hyuuga.

"Yes, and this does it," said Ritsuko.

"Did she really erase three months of data?" guessed Hyuuga.

"No," said Ritsuko. "Six months. She also failed to make backups after three months. So we were able to recover three months and still ended up losing three months."

"Ouch," said Hyuuga. "Still, you put in a lot of time training her, and her education was paid for."

"After a few months camping and otherwise 'roughing it' and being used by Rei as a sextoy, she should be chastened enough for her to be allowed back," said Ritsuko. "Maybe she'll be able to keep her mind on her work then."

"I see," said Hyuuga.

Ritsuko smiled as she finished what she was doing. That she just needed a break was unsaid. Maybe she could get a vacation herself soon, and this would certainly get the various underlings to focus on their work in her absence. Making an example of Maya, with them imagining her undergoing all sorts of trials and difficulties some of the current variety and others less so.

The report on Ranma Saotome's activities was interesting reading after all.

Ranma wasn't clueless. At least not completely. He HAD read a few things detailing what his duties as a Master were. If Rei was in need, then he needed to take charge and do something about it.

He switched from in-shock, in-panic, and in-secure to in-control. Not that this was easy, but it was helped by Rei's reaction to that change - which was complete surrender.
