[Episode 190215] [Episode 190215]Yggdrasil.
The majestic and gigantic Tree of the Universe located at the central axis of the Multiverse, the holder of reality itself, and not a really bad place for a girl to work at. The goddesses selected to keep monitoring of the multiversal sysopses considered themselves fortunate for it, even if the times at the job were long and non-stop, and made in no small part of highly routinary, repetitive actions that involved hours and hours of staying sitting and staring at screens. But hey, the payment was excellent, the bosses were kind and considerate, and the workplace was mostly incredibly peaceful and quiet, except for the few cases when a Multiversal Crisis exploded and the Anti-Monitor or some other weirdo raised hell.
Nonethless, Peorth was bored, leaning back antsly on her floating, translucid chair, sighing to herself. This goddess had fair, almost pale, smooth skin; her dark raven hair was kept short and at the height of her chin in a pageboy cut, except for a long ponytail cascading down the whole length of her back. Her sharp eyes had a deep black color, and just like the Norns, she had three facial markings on her forehead and cheeks; hers were diamond-shaped and darkly tinted. Her clothing style was much more revealing than her partners', with short black boots, a black thong, and a black top kept tied together by thick, golden ribbons.
She smelt of roses, and her expression looked totally aloof and yet, at the same time, hopeless. Things had been too stale lately, and she could feel a need inside of herself, threatening to drown her out. She would have to vent it out soon, find some way to--
"Peorth-sama?" Ere, one of her helper minor goddesses, then asked from her own chair, snapping her back to reality.
"Yes?" her superior asked back with a flat tone, taking in a deep breath. "What should I know now?".
"You have a call, Peorth-sama" Ere replied helpfully. "It is Urd-sama. She says it is a private matter, of the utmost importance".
"Urd?" the Goddess of Roses arched a thin eyebrow, puzzled. Now that was odd. Urd almost never attempted to contact her unless forced to it by huge motives. "Pass me the call, then" she answered quickly.
"As you wish" Ere bowed, and in a second, she passed her a richly decorated private cellphone, or rather, the divine, Yggdrasil equivalent of one. Peorth motioned for her to leave her alone, and Ere and her colleagues obeyed respectfully.
"Peorth, Goddess of Roses and Moments that Last Forever, here" she announced herself with the highest dignity. "Is that really you, Urd? What moved you to call me?".
"Ah, Peorth-chan!!" Urd's nervously chuckling voice came from the other side of the line then, immediately alerting the black haired goddess something definitely was abnormal. "How nice of you, to attend me so soon! I apologize, I realize you must be very busy--".
"Indeed, I am" Peorth replied with caution. "What's wrong with you all of a sudden, Urd? You never are so kind, so polite unless you want something..." she was brutally honest with her.
"Why, Peorth-chan, what a rude thing to say!" Urd chuckled even more shakily. "We're all friends, after all, aren't we? I can't see why I couldn't--".
"No dancing around the matter, darling" Peorth demanded, softly but sternly. "Tell me quick, what do you want? If it's something really important, I might do it...".
Urd bit her tongue, frustrated. Darn Peorth could be way too sharp when she wanted. Finally, the eldest Norn sighed in defeat. "Okay, okay, you got me. I have a BIG favor to ask from you".
"I knew it" Peorth said, very satisfied of being right again, which always did wonders for her ego.
"It's... it's about something that happened last night, when I was over at my brother's with Mom and Washu and Aensland...".
Once more, Peorth could feel a bad omen about that. "Yes, and...?".
"Hum, the four of us, you see, kinda did a wager between us".
"What kind of wager?".
"Well, it is like this: we, ehh, will have a... party... in a week, and each one of us has to invite... a few friends over, and...".
"Urd, stop dancing around and go to the point!" Peorth almost shouted. "I don't have all day long!".
"Wearegoingtostageanorgy,okay?" Urd spat the words at a machine gun-rate, making Peorth's eyes to widen like discs. "Andwhoevergetsthe mostpeopletheretofucktheothers,wins".
"WHAT?!?" Peorth cried out, drawing the attention of the other monitoring goddesses, until she calmed them down and gestured them to back away again with a few wavings of a hand. "U-Urd, honestly! The things you do when you're drunk!!".
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Urd begged desperately. "But I really need your help with this! If I lose, I'll become a slave for a whole year to whoever wins!".
"My heart bleeds for you, dear" Peorth scoffed. "But you brought it on yourself. Why should I help you in such a degenerate endeavor?".
"I promise I'll do whatever you want if you help me!" Urd's voice claimed. "For real! Please, Peorth, for the old times' sake! I know you aren't a prude, and you can get me off this tight spot!".
"Oh-ho?" Peorth chuckled cagily. "The fabulous Goddess of Love needs my help? That's so unbelievable!".
"Damn it, Peorth, please... I'm asking nicely..." Urd groaned. "I already got my sisters and Keiichi to join in, but...".
"... but they don't know the full truth yet, right?".
"... Right...".
Now Peorth's interest was really piqued, and she licked her own lips without even realizing it. Keiichi Morisato was going to be there?
"Very well..." she smiled to herself. "I suppose I could help you, since I am such a generous soul. I only will ask for one thing in exchange".
"State your price".
"After you get Keiichi and Belldandy to deflower each other at last, I will have Keiichi for an, ahh, carnal encounter myself" she giggled. "That is my condition".
She could hear Urd to gasp over the phone. "W-what?" the bronzed goddess' voice quaked. "You... and Keiichi...?".
"That is the thing with any orgy, right?" Peorth questioned mischievously. "Multiple partners, or not? Of course, I am not as versed as you in that kind of events..." she feigned innocence, "... but that was my understanding. If I can't have my chance with my dear Morisato, I see no reason to join your little twisted meeting".
"Fine, fine, you win!" Urd all but yelled. "What the hey, they both need to loosen up and trascend petty jealousy anyway" she tried to rationalize it. "It's a deal, you help me with my preparations, and you will have a shot at Keiichi too. But only after my sister. And don't you try to separate them in a permanent manner!".
"I never would do such a thing" Peorth sounded offended. "You have my promise of honor on it".
"Okay, let's do it, in that case" Urd sighed once more. "Now, I'll tell you exactly what is what I want you to do for me...".
And the goddess of roses smiled to herself as she nodded, taking notes on all the details.
Definitely, this would cure her boredom for a long time to come...
