Adam's Heir: The Hero Approaches [Episode 191065]

by Historian

It had been fourteen years sense his reincarnation as the son of Yui Ikari and Ranma was on a train headed towards Tokyo-3 due to a summons from his ‘father’. Ranma remembered everything that had been said around him or happened to him sense his rebirth. Actually Ranma could remember up until the point that ‘Ranma Saotome’ had been born; a feature he believed stemmed from Adam’s DNA coursing through his blood.

At first Ranma had planed on just growing up like a normal child except for retraining himself up to his old standards, maybe even sit down and learn things a child should know. But that had been thrown out the window when he was 10 days old and hear his mother talk to herself about the tests. Ranma then planed on showing a little more of himself to Yui sense she seemed like she could handle his being a reincarnation if she could handle him being a nephilim.

Then Yui was absorbed by EVA-01 and Gendo abandoned Ranma off on a teacher. That was the day Ranma’s second childhood ended and left in its wake something that would send SEELE into nightmares if they knew of its existence. Knowing that the angels would return and that thus Gendo would eventually need him again Ranma threw himself into training both physically and mentally. His angelic DNA allowed Ranma to speed up his training so that when he was 8 Ranma was able to pull off a Moko Takabisha and a Bakusai Tenketsu. At 9 Ranma had finally managed to overcome the Neko-Ken and get it under his control.

His eleventh birthday had been a turning point because on that day Ranma’s S2 organ activated for the first time. The next two years were spent by Ranma constantly controlling the S2 organ so that it could be turned on/off or partially on at will. All this training combined with his angelic DNA caused Ranma to slowly develop two different personas. Actually it was more like two different operating systems for a computer that Ranma applied where he saw necessary. The first being ‘Ranma’ who was friendly, caring, and like to train and spar with friends. The second persona was dub by Ranma as ‘Samael’ which meant poison of God. Samael was cold and calculating caring only for himself and those close to his heart. If you crossed Samael it ended with your death.

“And now the time of training was over and the trial about to begin” mused Ranma to himself. With the message from Gendo Ranma knew that the angels were approaching and he was being called on to fight them in an EVANGELION, most likely EVA-01 if Ranma was to take a guess at Gendo’s game plain. Ignoring the photo of the purple haired bimbo that was supposed to pick him up Ranma looked at his copy of Sun Su’s ‘The Art of War’. Yui had a copy of the Dead Sea Scrolls that she had hidden before she died and left a way for them to be unknowingly sent to Ranma. Using an old Ki trick he had once observed Ranma had super-imposed the text of the Scrolls onto ‘The Art of War’ so that only a Ki-adept could read them. Feeling the train slowing down Ranma prepared to disembark at the Tokyo-3 station.
