Nodoka's Solution - Horror House: Choices Former Chef? [Episode 193424]

by Kestral

"Choose one!" came the ghostly game voice as several doll-sized costumes appeared to the side of the board.

"The chef is being punished?" asked Kodachi-in-ryoga. "This outfit therefore affects her?"

"Ah," said Nobunaga-in-shampoo. "I believe I've heard of this."

"How so?" asked Kodachi-ryoga.

"There's sort of a meeting area where other ghosts gather," said Nobunaga-shampoo. "You hear things. One of these was the rumor of cursed clothing."

"Cursed clothing?" asked Kasumi, wondering how that would work and if it applied to her current bodysuit.

"Yes, the clothing alters the person wearing them, making them fit the clothing," said Nobunaga-shampoo. "This maid outfit for example, the wearer would become an actual housekeeper. Or the geisha outfit."

"So, if you're correct," said Kodachi-ryoga, wondering now if he could get one of these outfits and thereby assume his proper gender at least, "we have probably to come to a consensus on how to dress the chef girl."

"Many of these costumes are unfamiliar to me, and so I'm unsure of what the result would be," mused Nobunaga-shampoo.

"This is maid, geisha, Playboy bunny," said Kodachi-ryoga, pointing to each in turn. "catgirl-ninja I think. Devilgirl - I don't think we should linger on that possibility. This appears to be a leather dominatrix outfit which we shall move on past without further comment."

"Agreed," said Nobunaga-shampoo, trying not to picture that sweaty girl bouncing in the backyard wearing THAT. Besides, the spikes had no real offensive or defensive use that he could see.

"The meganekko or girl-with-glasses archetype, I think," said Kodachi-ryoga as he moved on. "The labcoat might indicate some technical or professional skill. I think this is supposed to be 'cyborg samurai' here. The 'jeannie' costume might indicate either a genie or a haremgirl."

"Or a genie haremgirl," mused Kasumi, thinking it was better than her own current outfit.

"Then finally there's this, which I am completely unfamiliar with," said Kodachi-ryoga. "Though the key indicates a clockwork or wind-up toy."

"Oh, that's a costume from Sailor Moon," said Kasumi. "Sailor Jupiter."

"Ah," said Nobunaga-shampoo, clearly not understanding that at all.

"Time. Choose," said the game.

Looks were exchanged, finally everyone pointed to the same costume.
