The being frowned as he looked down on earth's future. He was one of many observational enteties charged with watching over the known multiverse. And what he saw was not pleasent. mA frozen world with nothing but a single city to act as the grave marker for a dieing race. It had to be stopped. But he couldn't interfere without his superiors authority. Copying an image of "Crystal Tokyo" he willed himself before the overlooker he reported to. It was simple to outline the situation.
"I suggest we immediatly remove this 'Pluto' from power and work to conter the 'Great Freeze' that is coming." His superior nodded, but was frowning.
"Well, that would certainly go a long way to fix the problem. But it wouldn't be very entertaining, now would it?" "...Entertaining?" "Of course, you have to do this in a way that'll bring comedy, action, romance, maybe some bad ass one liners and sweet explosions..." "Sir?" "I've got it, you can stop this from happening but only within certain conditions." "Which are?"
