In most universes there is a boy named Harry Potter. Now Harry Potter is not an ordinary boy. He is a wizard. His parents were wizards. In most universes they are dead, killed by an evil wizard named Lord Voldemort. He goes to live with his horrid relatives and grows up neglected, ignored, and unloved until on his 11'th birthday he is invited to go to a school of magic. The same one his parents attended. He goes to school, fights evil for the next seven years, and might even die in the end. He has friends to help him through.
This is what is known as a normal Harry Potter universe. Or more accurately, and commonly, known as a Potterverse. Now most Potterverses are the same. Some are different. Some are wildly different. But, there is a special type of Potterverse that is very different. This is known as a Crossover universe. This is a Potterverse that has collided with, and absorbed, one or more universes into itself.
Now, let us look in on a little universe that is the result of a collision between a Potterverse, a Hazardverse, and a Kenshinverse.
Eh? What? You want to know how this universe came to be? Hmmm... Alright.

Sometime Or Another
Two geeks and a bar patron were arguing about what to watch on television.
"I want to watch Dukes of Hazard!" shouted Geek 1.
"No! We saw that last time! I want to watch Kenshin!" shouted Geek 2.
"I want to watch the new Harry Potter movie!" shouted patron.
"Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!" "Dukes!" "Kenshin!" "Harry!"
"Ahem." a voice on top of the tv made them look up. At a face staring back at them. A face filled with mischief, fun, and humor.
"TOLTIIR!" the two geeks and one bar patron screamed in panic.
Indeed. Sitting on top of the tv was the feline form of the Old Elder God of Mischief. He was wearing a poker dealer's cap, with a green visor. And he was holding bottle of beer in one of his paws. He smiled at them.
The geeks and patron whimpered.
He said "Let's watch all three, all at once." and slammed his bottle of beer down on the tv.
The geeks and patron panicked.
Three universes collided and combined.

And that's how it happened.
Now let's look in on the universe.

Hogwarts School Of Withcraft And Wizardry
Deep Forest Hideaway
Hazard County, Georgia
In the Headmaster's office Headmaster Jessie Duke was getting ready for the students to start arriving. He put on his overalls and red cap. He checked his appearance in the mirror, and with the mirror happily telling him that he looked good, smiled and proceeded out of his office and to the Great Hall now.
He passed by the Deputy Headmistress and Professor of Transfiguration, and also his niece, Daisy Duke.
"Mornin' Daisy." said Jesse. "Looks like it's gonna be a fine day today. The start of a new school year is always a good day hmmm?"
"Mornin' Uncle Jesse." said Daisy. "It suren is a fine day. And yes, it's always a good day when school starts again. I suren am lookin' forward to teachin' some new students. This the year we gonna be gettin him here?"
"Glad to hear your eager to start your job. And yes, this is the year we should be gettin him. I only hope I did the right thing leavin him with his Aunt and Uncle."
"I'm suren you did the right thing Uncle Jessie. His Aunt and Uncle are nice folk, for muggles. I'm sure Kenshin and Kaoru have done a fine job of raisin him up."
