"C'mon Thud, old buddy. Old pal. When I heard that there were some heroes in need of som assitance, why I just came a runnin'."
"And you thought that you could help them?"
"Certainly. Why I am the best at what I do!"
"Didn't one of your charges wind up getting his head cut off?"
"You must have me mistaken with some other dragon. Why I'd never let something like that happen to these pretty ladies."
"Where is Smedley?"
"Him? Oh, he's around. Said to tell you that he'll be a little late, but not to worry."
