"Ah, it's good to be back home," Moonrise breathed out in delight as the space-warp closed behind her. Looking down, she grinned on seeing that she was over Azabu-Juuban, not so far from Juuban Middle and High School. It was a clear day with few clouds in the sky. Ignoring the glare of the mid-morning sun, Moonrise tilted herself in the direction of the Tsukino home where she could transform back to Usagi and enjoy the remainder of her day off -- preferably in bed asleep.
After all, as Moonrise, she had superhuman strength, invulnerability, the power of flight and the ability to project force blasts from her hands.
But those abilities worked best for her from sundown to sunup.
Right now, she just had the barest semblance of her full strength.
Oh, well, it had been a necessary sacrifice.
Her twenty-three previous incarnations had lived with it.
So could she.
Before she could fly on to her home, however . . .
"HELP ME!"
Moonrise perked. Spinning around, she quickly scanned the mass of humanity to see if she could find something that would point her to where that shout had arisen. Only a second later, she spotted . . .
