Cologne looked around at the mess that was left in Mousse's wake.
The duck himself was in a cage and tied up even to the point of having his bill tied shut.
Shampoo meanwhile was sleeping in cat-carrier, similarly isolated. All the customers that had been affected were scattered about the room in various states of unconsciousness or paralysis.
"Now," Cologne was saying to those of her surprise patients that were still conscious. "I do apologize for this event, and I would like you all to remain calm and ascertain that the effects of this substance is temporary, and though you probably won't be thankful at the moment, I will keep you from acting on any impulses you might have in the meantime."
There was something that did really borrow Cologne, however. She had thought she'd seen Ranma a moment before Mousse made his move, but neither boy nor girl form was seen among the people in Cologne's care.
That was of concern to Cologne, because while the drug triggered a temporary imprinting of sorts, it was still mutable if the first spotted individual proved to resistant to the interest.
Any of the girls or women in the area could successfully seduce Ranma right now, and she couldn't risk sending Shampoo out for the same reason she was worried about Ranma being out there.
Fortunately, it just imparted desire and if the subject didn't have the knowledge, they wouldn't know how to act on that desire. Ranma matched that situation, though Cologne suspected that Ukyou, with her background of pretending to be a boy, knew enough to lead him on to what he needed to do. Akane might know a bit of what was going on as well.
Of course, both were less than likely to let anything happen before reacting in a violent panic.
She just wished that she could go out and look for him...or else knew someone trustworthy.
She paused and considered something before moving to the phone and starting to dial.

"Tendo residence," Nabiki said in a bored tone of voice that shifted to something of interest as she started to smell some opportunity. "Oh hey, what do you guys need? Why would you need to speak to Akane? The other s...you mean Kasumi?"
Nabiki paused for a moment and pulled the phone away to stare at it, wondering just what was up. Shrugging she put it back to her ear.
"I'll get her," Nabiki said. She cupped a hand over the receiver and looked back into the house. "Kasumi! You're wanted on the phone!"
"Oh?" Kasumi asked, popping in from the laundry room. "Is it business?"
"I don't know," Nabiki said, lowering her tone to normal as Kasumi approached. "It's Cologne."
"Cologne? Oh dear," Kasumi said reaching to take the phone from Nabiki. "That might be important. Hello? Oh dear. Well, that's good. That's not so good. Yes, I have no problem doing that at all. I'll call back if I find anything."
Kasumi hung up the phone and untied her work apron, handing it to Nabiki.
"Excuse me," Kasumi said. "Can you finish the laundry for me? I need to attend to an errand."
"Ehh?" Nabiki said. "But I have hom..."
"You finished your homework for this week on Tuesday evening," Kasumi noted. "Now, it hasn't changed since you last did the chores, and there's some canned soup in the cupboard for dinner in case I don't get back."
"Canned soup?" Nabiki repeated. "We have to eat canned soup?"
"Or I can ask Akane to cook," Kasumi noted.
"No, no," Nabiki said. "I'll take care of it."
"Good," Kasumi said, walking to the entryway and slipping into her shoes and grabbing her purpse. "I hope I'm back soon."
